In the evening, Our chef and his team have created a menu with a variety of delights featuring the flavors of Charlevoix and Quebec’s finest products. The menu is available in table d’hôte or à la carte formula. Our cellar of over 200 wines guarantees you’ll find the perfect pairing for your meal.

Our morning brunch features all the classics of an American breakfast with maple crêpes, and a selection of charcuteries, local cheeses, cereals & muesli, and fruits.
